Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll lead account management, enhance client relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader to ensure client satisfaction and retention while working closely with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Co-create solutions with clients
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
Manage backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams
Required Qualifications
15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams
Strong experience with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of technology and services solutions in healthcare
Strong performance track record in sales and business management
Ability to navigate large organizations
Experience in forecasting and P&L management
