Job Description

Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll lead account management, enhance client relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Co-create solutions with clients
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare industry trends and propose solutions
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Manage backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • Strong experience with global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of technology and services solutions in healthcare
  • Strong performance track record in sales and business management
  • Ability to navigate large organizations
  • Experience in forecasting and P&L management
