A respected public health organization in Multnomah County, Oregon is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team on a 26-week locum tenens assignment beginning October 25, 2025 .

Position Highlights:

• Location: Portland, OR (school-based health center)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• Start Date: 10/25/2025 or sooner
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Rate: $2880/Week + Medical and Travel ( if applicable)
• EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

Requirements:

• Active Oregon NP or PA license
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
