Key Responsibilities
Advise business on control environment and regulatory reporting
Perform ongoing supervision and oversight of business controls
Conduct risk data analysis and report preparation
Partner with business owners on control failures
Maintain tools for handling exception alerts
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Serve as a resource to team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience
Minimum 4 years' experience in risk-related, compliance-related, or business control design activities
Knowledge of federal laws and regulations relevant to the role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with control design and testing business application controls
Experience with deposits and/or payments
Strong critical thinking, organizational and communication skills
Experience with Compliance and Operational Risk activities
Professional designations in Compliance or Operational Risk Management
