Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments and intake assessments
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
Develop treatment plans and manage cases
Collaborate with teams and communities
Educate patients and families
Participate in clinical supervision
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
