Job Description
Join Cedar Point as an Area Manager - Waterparks, where you'll lead the operations of multiple waterpark facilities, ensuring exceptional guest service and regulatory compliance while managing and training your team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees safe, efficient, and clean operations of multiple waterpark facilities
Manages teams, staffing, training, and budget assistance
Ensures compliance with regulatory agency rules and laws
Encourages a safe and pleasant working environment for all associates
Communicates with associates and external contacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience of at least 2 years
Valid Driver's License
Supervisory and/or Leadership Experience of at least 3 years
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Ability to pass a mandatory drug test
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
Jeff Ellis and Associates ILTP Instructor
CPO or AFO certification
Minimal travel
