Job Description
Join Johns Hopkins Medicine as the Director of Food and Culinary Services, where you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional culinary experiences for patients and staff. You'll ensure efficient operations while fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the Food and Culinary Services Department
Ensure high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction
Oversee food production and service for patients, employees, and visitors
Manage catering and procurement of supplies
Monitor quality of services and regulatory performance improvement
Required Qualifications
BS degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management, Hospitality, Nutrition and Dietetics or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in culinary/kitchen management
5-7 years of management experience
Experience in high volume, multi-site, complex foodservice operations
ServSafe Manager certification
Preferred Qualifications
