Auburn Hospital is seeking a Wound Care RN Specialist to join its Center for Clinical & Professional Development. This is a weekday-only travel contract with no weekend or on-call requirements. Local candidates within 50 miles and those who have worked at any Beth Israel facility in the past 6 months will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care from consult to discharge, including pre-authorizations Receive and manage wound care consults and scheduling Perform patient evaluations and assist with diagnostic orders Educate patients and families in collaboration with physicians and surgeons Develop educational materials and participate in rounds and case conferences Lead process improvement initiatives and pressure injury prevalence surveys Serve as liaison to the Department of Quality & Safety for wound-related events Maintain clinical competencies and mandatory education requirements Uphold professional standards aligned with Mt.
