As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, building meaningful customer relationships and providing tailored financial advice. Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial solutions and recommendations
Assist customers with their financial goals
Introduce customers to digital banking options
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Schedule financial checkup appointments
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Complete a video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
