Key Responsibilities
Prepares and evaluates assessments and development of social work service plans
Performs case management, coordination, and monitoring of social work service plans
Assists with administration, development, implementation, and evaluation of social work programs and policies
Conducts research and evaluates social work programs, social systems, and social policies
Participates in departmental functions and orientation of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in social work
Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
Basic Life Support OR CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers
Healthcare experience working with medical diagnoses
Demonstrated ability in networking with community agencies
