Key Responsibilities
Provides general nursing care to patients
Administers prescribed medications, vaccinations, and treatments
Prepares equipment and aids physicians during examinations
Educates patients and families regarding health and wellness
Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with regulations
Participates in Patient Centered Medical Home Care Team collaborations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program
Current licensure in the state of Connecticut
1 year experience working in a medical facility
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with computer scheduling systems (e.g., Meditech, Ntierprise)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
