Key Responsibilities
Assist frequent, premiere customers at airport operations
Process rentals of customers who are members of loyalty programs
Offer products and services to improve customer travel experience
Required Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Engaging personality, effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
