Key Responsibilities
Develops, evaluates, and improves industrial manufacturing methods
Analyzes and plans space requirements and workflow
Communicates manufacturing capabilities to facilitate production processes
Consults with vendors and contractors and coordinates activities
Manages and directs project teams, evaluates bids and provides recommendations
Monitors reliability of equipment and makes changes to meet targets
Supervises and coordinates activities with maintenance, electrical, and production departments
Interprets technical standards and develops corrective measures
Maintains required spare parts list
Keeps current documentation on critical equipment
Researches and analyzes design proposals and specifications
Investigates and analyzes equipment failures and processes
Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings
Collaborates with personnel to implement effective procedures
Specifies system components or directs modifications to ensure conformity
Performs all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with Engineering Certificate
0 to 4 years manufacturing engineering experience
Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with concepts and principles
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using Maintenance management software
AutoCAD LT
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
Visio
Outlook email and calendar
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations)
