Objectives of this Role:

  1. 100% client amazement
  2. Support of Operations Management, including Owners, General Manager, and Operations Managers
  3. Effective communication with clients, potential clients, and HUNKS
  4. Assist with facilities management

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Communicate with clients to confirm their appointments
  2. Provide professional and accurate move consultations.
  3. Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.
  4. Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications.
  5. Follow up with clients regarding claims
  6. Keep stock of office supplies and advising when supplies are low
  7. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management
  8. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  9. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  10. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  11. Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  12. Organize special functions and social events

  8. Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
  9. Sales experience is preferred
  10. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
  11. Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
  12. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  13. Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the College HUNKS core values
  14. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  15. High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
