Job Description

Join Sanofi as a Global Supply Chain Product Leader and take charge of the end-to-end supply chain strategy for key products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, manage inventory, and ensure supply continuity, all while contributing to innovative healthcare solutions that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement E2E Supply Chain strategy for products
  • Manage E2E product policies including inventory and safety stock policies
  • Drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement processes
  • Balance demand and supply on IBP & S&OE horizon
  • Lead new product launches and lifecycle management programs
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure product supply continuity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a Scientific discipline
  • 8+ years in manufacturing or supply in biopharmaceutical industry or other FDA regulated industry
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a complex global work environment
  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven analysis and communication
  • 4+ years with managing financials and budgeting
  • 4+ years of experience in product launches or transitions
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of the Integrated Business Planning process
  • 8+ years of demand forecast or supply management experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process
  • Knowledge of systems such as Kinaxis, dVSM and PLAI
  • 8+ years of successful experience in matrix environments
  • Ability to apply Thoughtful Risking Taking (TRT) methodology
  • Strategic thinking with a comprehensive approach to supply chain
  • Capacity to work transversally
  • APICS certification
