Key Responsibilities
Perform routine physical examinations
Formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs
Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice
Refer problems outside of scope to physicians
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training
Preferred Qualifications
At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Critical care and/or surgical and trauma experience
