Required Qualifications
Doctorate of Pharmacy
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license (when eligible and applicable)
Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable
Preferred Qualifications
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
