Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Plasma Center Technician, where you'll engage with donors and contribute to life-saving treatments. You will perform donor screenings and phlebotomy while ensuring donor safety and quality service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Answer phones and greet donors
Maintain accurate donor records and coordinate compensation
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
