Job Description
Join Columbia Mental Health as a Child and Adolescent Therapist and empower young clients through tailored therapy in a supportive environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance mental health care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience in working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
