Pay Details:

For Traveler/Stipend:

Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$74.00

Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2664.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$36.00

Minimum Hourly Stipend:$38.00

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1296.00

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1386.00

For Travelers 1099 candidate:

0Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$78.00

Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$2808.00

Requirements:

Required Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.

• Need Step Down experience!!!!
• This is for placement on the Neuro/Ortho Unit.
• 32 beds mixed skill set SD and MS patients.
• Neuro/stroke experience preferred.
• Must have the NIHSS.
• May be asked to charge on occasion as needed. We are a comprehensive Stroke Center.
