Key Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day supervision of clinical staff
Responds in the case of a medical emergency
Develops communication methods to facilitate the flow of information
Develops an effective team, motivating and influencing staff
Ensures compliance with Clinical Practice Guidelines
Monitors clinic flow to improve efficiencies and productivity
Participates in interviewing, hiring and managing clinical staff
Completes performance appraisals and promotes staff development activities
Required Qualifications
Current Oregon LPN or RN license
Current healthcare level BLS/CPR certification
5+ years of nursing experience, including 1+ years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience working in an electronic medical record system
