Job Description
Join ABM Industries as a Custodial Supervisor, where you will lead operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure service quality. Your role is critical in maintaining efficient service delivery and supporting on-site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons
Provide leadership and support while being available for emergency and off-hour support
Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
Plan and assign work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are achieved
Ensure timely responses to client-reported emergencies
Monitor service quality through communication devices
Participate in analysis and review of operating performance
Monitor employee timekeeping entries for adherence to schedules
Identify opportunities for additional revenue
Arrange for staff substitutions or perform work in case of employee absences
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) or more years of Supervisor experience
Two (2) years of Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computers and common software applications
