Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Support Agent and enjoy a dynamic role assisting customers outdoors at airport lots. You'll provide exceptional service while handling vehicle rentals and returns, all in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in rental and return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
