The Consulting Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals that supports sales and pipeline management including CRM operations, sales enablement activities, campaign execution, and sales reporting for the Consulting business unit. This role ensures alignment between sales support processes and broader business goals, manages team resources, and acts as a liaison across Consulting sales activities.
Aligns sales and support strategies with overall business objectives
Lead and manage the sales pipeline enablement team, including task assignment, time-off coverage, and issue escalation.
Continuously optimize sales support workflows for efficiency and quality.
Handle complex user issues and serve as point of escalation for D365 support.
Contribute to Templafy content governance, curation, and user support.
Communicate regularly with the Markets Operations Executive to ensure seamless integration of sales processes.
Continuously optimize sales support workflows for efficiency and quality.
Oversee sales reporting, including weekly pipeline/closed reports, Power BI dashboards, and sales goal tracking.
Lead, in collaboration Market Platform Operations Lead, and support additional sales enablement initiatives, such as Account Leadership, as needed.
5+ years in operations, sales support, or CRM administration in a professional services environment.
Leadership experience with proven ability to manage projects and teams.
Proficiency in D365, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience coordinating with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
