Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales growth in the Mankato and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and the cultivation of customer relationships, driving a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants
Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
Support customer engagement efforts
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Champion company initiatives and strategies within the district
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Mastery of consultative selling and marketing principles
