Key Responsibilities
Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility
Facilitates optimization of geriatric care processes
Ensures compliance with regulations on organizational and governmental standards
Schedules staff and conducts employee performance reviews
Leads the development and execution of clinical programs and policies
Monitors operations of nursing staff
Required Qualifications
Five years nursing experience
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Housing with Services, HUD, and/or assisted living experience
