Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director and inspire children and teachers alike! You'll lead a team to create unique learning experiences while maintaining high educational standards and building community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains licensing and safety standards
Partner with parents for children's care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines
Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children
Proficiency in English
