Shift: Days – Mon-Thu (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Fri (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Requirements:
1 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
