Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll be a self-motivated, customer-centric professional driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. You'll promote a diverse range of NAPA products and services while working closely with customers to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits
Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers
Develop plans to increase sales and manage leads locally
Align solutions with customers' specific needs
Engage customers through all of NAPA's eSales programs
Perform educational seminars and presentations on NAPA product lines
Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales
2+ years of experience in a customer focused role
Basic selling skills such as preparing for sales calls and closing sales
Capability to present information in group meetings
Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
