Description: HWL Requisition:Lahey Clinic Hospital - LHMC (21020)-AN-2355 REGISTERED NURSE -M/S TELE - D/N ROTATE; Rotation 4-week blocks 7a-7p then 7p-7a 36 hrs/week, weekend, and holiday rotation. Education: ASN Experience: Must have 2-5 years working in MS/Tele. Trauma Level 1 facility experience is highly preferred but may consider candidates who are experienced in Trauma level II settings. Previous travel experience required. EPIC experience required. Will float as needed. Requirements: BLS License: Current MA RN License. Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination. BILH Cover Sheet Required Facility is not accepting local candidates. Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months. Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).
