Key Responsibilities
Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Interact with customers using video communications software
Document customer interactions and resolve tax-related inquiries
Work towards company performance metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service skills
Proficient with technology and computer operations
Preferred Qualifications
2+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Bookkeeping experience
Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
