As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants to drive profitable sales growth in your territory. Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
Engage in one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants
Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
Support customer engagement efforts
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Accountable for coaching and training to develop sales skills
Manage territory planning and prioritize relationships with top customers
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrates mastery of consultative selling, marketing principles, and negotiations
