Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants to drive profitable sales growth in your territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Engage in one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants
  • Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
  • Support customer engagement efforts
  • Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
  • Accountable for coaching and training to develop sales skills
  • Manage territory planning and prioritize relationships with top customers

Required Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrates mastery of consultative selling, marketing principles, and negotiations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
