Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in directing their own healthcare experience using screening and reinforcement of treatment plans
Serve as a patient liaison to assist with scheduling within the healthcare system

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and two years of healthcare experience
High school diploma and 5 years of job experience in referral management, oncology navigation or patient access
Considerable knowledge of complex medical terminology
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships
