Key Responsibilities
Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCMHC/LCSW) in the state of North Carolina
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program
Preferred Qualifications
LCAS Licensure or ability to obtain
2+ years of professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
