Sell and recruit through modern media connections
Identify prospects for Randstad’s workforce services
Build relationships with hiring managers
Create partnerships with key decision-makers
Conduct calls and client meetings
Diagnose workforce gaps for clients
Negotiate pricing for quality solutions
Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
Coach and retain talent
Market talent to secure the right job
Document processes effectively
Offer innovative employment solutions
Provide exceptional client and talent services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience
Strong history of being the best at previous roles
Technically competency
Ability to connect with others
Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
Experience with digital tools and Google Suite applications
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model
Passion for results and resilience
Natural curiosity and determination
Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
