Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for clients, brokers, and external partners during implementation and enrollment
Coordinate with sales, communication consultants, and operations for successful enrollment strategies
Provide consultative onboarding support and demonstrate knowledge of MassMutual’s products and services
Deliver exceptional customer service for implementation inquiries
Build cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers
Conduct product and technology platform enrollment training
Participate in Strategic Partner and Finalist presentations
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in relationship management, implementation, sales support, account management or enrollment strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Group Voluntary and Executive Product experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of life and health insurance products
Proficiency with Microsoft Products – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently
Self-motivated individual with ability to effectively prioritize work
Ability to drive resolution to issues within the broader organization
Proficiency with Salesforce
