Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker, helping adults with serious mental illness achieve independence through personalized recovery goals. Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide culturally competent services and support clients in navigating their recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Develop safety plans and provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents and coordinate services
Participate in case conferences and regular staff meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
LMSW or LCSW certification
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services
