Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, driving digital transformation and client satisfaction while managing key accounts. This role emphasizes relationship building, strategic solutions, and leading project teams to success in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client facing role or account leadership role
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology for the healthcare industry
Strong performance track record in sales and program management
Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders
Forecasting and P&L management experience
