Job Description
Join BankSouth as a Lending Assistant to play a vital role in helping local businesses achieve their financial goals. You'll manage loan closings and work closely with clients and the loan origination team in a supportive environment focused on building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize multiple loan closings
Coordinate with relationship managers, customers, and third-party interests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience supporting commercial lenders
1-3 years of previous real estate lending experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Some consumer loan and TRID loan experience
