Job Description
Join Johns Hopkins Medicine as a Patient Representative in the Emergency Department, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide highest level of customer service in the Emergency Department
Greet patients and assist in directing the flow of patients and visitors
Be a source of information to patients and visitors in the waiting room
De-escalate situations as needed
Provide emotional support to family members and patients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of general policies and procedures of the Patient Representative program
Substantial interpersonal skills
Advanced communication skills
Knowledge of general office equipment
