Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations
  • Run the register and assist customers
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Assist in hiring, training, and leading the team
  • Act as acting manager when needed
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store
  • Create and manage team schedules
  • Perform daily cash handling and oversee financials
  • Provide team feedback and leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Open Availability including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable Transportation with valid driver's license
  • Physical Readiness for cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Minimum Age Requirement (18+ or 21+ depending on state)
  • Communication Skills in English with basic math
  • Pass Pre-Employment Screenings (drug test and background check)
  • Willing to Learn
