Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations
Run the register and assist customers
Coach and motivate team members
Assist in hiring, training, and leading the team
Act as acting manager when needed
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Maintain a clean and welcoming store
Create and manage team schedules
Perform daily cash handling and oversee financials
Provide team feedback and leadership
Required Qualifications
Open Availability including weekends and holidays
Reliable Transportation with valid driver's license
Physical Readiness for cleaning and maintenance tasks
Minimum Age Requirement (18+ or 21+ depending on state)
Communication Skills in English with basic math
Pass Pre-Employment Screenings (drug test and background check)
