This role includes planning, delegating, resource allocation, infection control oversight, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The position requires a registered nurse license, experience in ambulatory care, and strong communication skills with staff, physicians, and regulatory bodies.
Charge Nurse
The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance. Registered Nurse with experience in procedures and/or operating room, or PACU. State RN license required. Prefer one year of management experience in ambulatory care.
