This is a locum tenens assignment for a Family Practice physician without OB responsibilities, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with no call, holidays, or weekends. The provider will see an average of 25+ patients daily in an outpatient clinic setting using the Nexgen EMR system. Paid orientation is required, and candidates must hold a current Alabama medical license with outpatient experience.

Assignment Type: Locums Tenens ongoing assignment for at least 3 6 months with an option to extend

EMR: Nexgen

Coverage: Monday Friday

Shift Details: Working 8A 5P with 1-hour lunch. No Call, No holidays, No Weekends.

Paid orientation is provided prior to starting. Orientation is only available on Monday and Tuesday. The provider must attend Monday & Tuesday orientation as part of the credentialing requirement.

Credentialing Timeframe: 20 - 30 Days

Average daily patient load: Providers see on average 25+ patients per day

Requirements:

• Must hold Current Alabama License
• Must be comfortable with EMR (no scribes available)
• Family practice candidates preferred. Will consider qualified IM providers.
• Must have outpatient clinic experience
• Negative COVID Test required before starting
