Key Responsibilities
Greets visitors and patients and communicates via telephone or video conferencing
Enters and updates patient demographic and financial information
Obtains appropriate applications and forms, confirming signatures
Provides patients with financial responsibility information and collects payments
Maintains a safe environment and complies with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in an office or customer service setting
Must be 18 years of age or older
Beginner level of proficiency with Windows applications
Influenza vaccination or commitment to receive it
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of registration experience in a hospital or medical setting
Understanding of medical terminology
Working knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
