Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICF or IRA
Train and supervise staff
Ensure program coverage and compliance with regulations
Coordinate activities and maintain communication with families
Participate in audits and collaborate with the quality assurance team
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
