Job Details:
• Provide nursing care in a stepdown unit environment
• Monitor patients who require intermediate level of care between ICU and medical/surgical units
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments
