Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
Select and administer anesthetics and manage equipment
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient condition
Manage patient emergence and recovery post-anesthesia
Implement pain management strategies
Stabilize patients in emergencies and ensure compliance with safety standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
Current appropriate state licensure for CRNAs
BLS and ACLS certification
Certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
Preferred Qualifications
8–12 years of related experience or equivalent education
5 years of CRNA experience preferred
Competent in performing as a CRNA in a clinical setting
