Key Responsibilities
Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care
Perform administrative duties including clinic operations
Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations
Encourage patient participation in healthcare
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for patient care
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing
Holistic, evidenced-based care delivery
Order and administer immunizations
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
Proficiency in additional languages (including Spanish) depending on the market
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pass a FIT test and wear provided respirator mask when required
