Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you’ll be the vital link between clients and our outpatient services. You'll manage appointments, ensure effective communication, and contribute to a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals seeking care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Document services provided in client charts
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Communicate effectively with clinic staff and clients
Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
