Job Description
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a CT Technologist, performing essential diagnostic imaging and ensuring patient safety in a supportive environment. You'll collaborate with medical professionals to provide top-notch care while also engaging in continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging
Ensure patient safety and effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff
Verify patient identification and the requested procedure
Administer IV and oral contrast as needed
Monitor patients for any adverse reactions
Conduct quality assurance on images and ensure timely transfer to PACS
Provide clear instructions to patients and address their questions
Assist with the development and updating of protocols
Coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care
Participate in training and orientation for new staff members
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of CT experience or successful completion of CT cross-training program
Graduate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
Eligible for registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT within 12 months of hire
Permit to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Montana
