The oncology nurse navigator works in the outpatient setting and provides cancer genetics risk screening and referral for testing; functions as the cancer survivorship coordinator and provides navigation clinical support and supervisory oversight to the oncology navigation social service worker. Completes survivorship care plans and reviews with patients.
